The Village of Jonesville has two Tax Increment Finance Authorities (TIFA):

  • The Downtown Development Association (DDA) encompasses the downtown commercial businesses, Jonesville Plaza, and Jonesville Crossing.  LOCATIONS AVAILABLE!
  • The Local Development Finance Authority (LDFA) oversees industrial development of Jonesville including the Jonesville Industrial Park as well as industry located on Beck Street and the corner of Reading Avenue and Gaige Street.  Several great industrial park locations are available!
